Tara started dancing at the age of 3, training in different types of dance including ballroom, Latin and Disco.

At the age of 12 she gained a place at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London and after 5 years at the Junior School, Tara progressed on to the 3 yr diploma course. Graduating in 2011 with a Level 6 Trinity Diploma, she pursued a career in the industry.

TV Credits as a commercial dancer include, X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent. Tara has been very privileged to work with choreographers including Brian Burke, Lizzie Gough and Christina Andrea.

Tara has also choreographed for numerous events including the Unilever Conference at Twickenham Stadium. A passionate teacher, she now teaches at various schools and colleges including the Italia Conti Arts Centre in Guildford and Newbury Italia Conti Associate School, and she is delighted to be a regular faculty member at Read.
