Sarah trained in Professional Musical Theatre at Millennium Performing Arts, London. After graduating, she began teaching and choreographing around Berkshire and Oxfordshire, as well as having the opportunity to work for 3 months in New York as an Assistant Choreographer and Dance Teacher at the renowned Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center.

She is the Artistic Director of West Berkshire Youth Dance Company, a company to develop talented youth dancers in training at a professional level. She has worked in collaboration with choreographer Charlie Morrissey as a Dance Assistant for the Tree of Light Cultural Olympics. Sarah regularly teaches Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Musical Theatre Dance at various Primary, Secondary and Theatre Schools, as well as Drama and Singing to younger children for Stagecoach Abingdon.
